Lefosse counsels Kora Saúde on the acquisition of Gastroclínica

Lefosse Advogados acted as counsel in the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock issued by Clínica de Endoscopia e Cirurgia Dr. Edgard Nadra Ary Ltda.(“Gastroclínica”), a prominent local hospital in the City of Fortaleza, State of Ceara, Brazil, by Kora Saúde, (via its subsidiary Camburi Participações S.A.).

Gastroclinica Medical is one of the largest private hospital in the state of Ceará specialized in digestive system and one of the most traditional hospitals in the city of Fortaleza.

The acquisition is the first investment of the company in the Northeast region and represents an important investment by Kora in the state and places it as one of the main players in the State of Ceará.
