Holder of a post-graduate degree in Administrative Law from FGV/SP and in Public Policy from Escola Paulista de Direito. Currently attending the University of São Paulo doctoral program in legal sociology. Holder of a law degree from PUC/SP. President of the Brazilian Academy of Public Law.
